Do you do system administration such as linux let's say I was a new person to minecraft vps's and such you could set one up (for an example) If you can't do linux most people won't take you in

I don't do System Administration. I focus on managing Forums, Staff Chats, Teamspeaks, and Server Promotion

Go around 'putting themselves out there' Honestly, there isnt a point in doing this. People in their right mind arent going to hire someone as a manager when they just found them over the internet.

Hmm, awfully closed minded. Managers are useful, it takes a lot of the work from the Server Owner and (if they do there job right) keep things more organized. There is no harm in what you call "just putting yourself out there" so why not do it?

People can do that on their own.... As Policy noted, people wont take you on unless you know your share on Linux and setting up things with it.

How can you speak for everyone? You said PEOPLE as if you know everyone will say no xD You're right, people can do that on there own but not everyone wants to and not everyone is good at it. I'm not saying everyone will need the service, but if you do, I provide it

What do you plan to charge?

I try and work with where the server is at. I don't to make fixed prices, I take a certain percentage of server revenue monthly/weekly. Things that affect how much I charge are things like, how many owners, how many players and the type of server
