Cha Boy I don't want to ruin your thread or anything of the sort, but IMO this definitely does not qualify as an HCF core. Has little to no features besides some general commands, I'd really like if you could put more work into this, add factions in it, etc.

The core includes the following stuff. for the hcf minecraft core

• /tphere
• /gamemode
• /spawn
• also for donators hcf.skull.drop so when you kill someone it drops their skull permission node its not fully done but it should work

and more will come soon!

I have made the core work with any spigot hopefully!
