Fully Custom Practice Core.

Hello i am in need of a Fully Custom Practice Core. I need this to be fully custom because i want to make us different from any other practice server. Currently i do not have a budget for the core but if you offer a good price I'll take it.

What needs to be in the custom core.
1. I need a elo system for ranked matches.
2. I also need unranked matches.
3. I need a 2v2 Ranked Elo system
4. I also need a 2v2 unranked matches system.
5. I want people able to spectate matches plus a spectator GUI so they can click a emerald to leave spectator mode.
6. I want a way for people to be able to edit there kits for all classes.
7. be able to add kits to unranked and ranked.
8. be able to set arenas in game.
9. Hide and show players where they spawn in / get out of the match.
10. a rematch slimeball that lasts for 10-15 seconds.
11. Clans People can make and it will show up in game and also our website.
12. Custom spigot.
13. Staff core (staff chat,Random Tp, Little ice block that allows you to freeze people, Freeze GUI pops up with a paper so they cant toggle off cheats and stuff, When a staff member logs in and out it shows only staff members can see.)
14. Party fights that you can choose to have to have Bard and archers.
15. Custom Scoreboard.

I need this core to have no leaks to make the server lag and also no bugs.

TOS.
1.) You must have atleast 20+ positive feed back before even asking for the spot.
2.) You will work on this core til you complete everything on this list and meet my needs.
3.) You will not work on any other servers while you work for us.
4.) i can fire you at any point while you work if you break any TOS.
5.) MUST take your time i don't want a shitty core.
