INTRODUCTION
Time and time again, I find myself joining small start-up servers that all seem to be missing the same thing: a soul. These days, too many servers rely on copy-and-paste features, with little thought put into creating something truly unique or memorable. This, along with the desire to build a strong community, Fablestone was born. We're an ultra community-focused server that strives to listen to its members and ensures our product is of the highest quality. We're also dedicated to providing unique content, that's simple to understand and quick to learn.
We're fully developed, ready to release and already have a small group of players to release our creation to, we're just missing one thing: a dedicated staff team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As it currently stands, our team consists of 4 people. We're looking for 2 more to join our team to help us reach our goals. Ideally, you'll:
Be able to join daily and spend a few hours online, even if things seem quiet
Be responsive on Discord, reply to messages and engage with the community
You share the same desire as us: to be involved in a community project that you genuinely care about
Be ultra-dedicated to the growth of the server and you'll understand that it can take time to grow a server - it doesn't happen overnight!
Actively contribute to community growth, engagement and making both new and existing players feel welcome
Importantly, our current team will not be financially benefiting from this project so we are not looking for a paid service at this time.
