Fully Setup MC Server with Player Base

Hello!

I am looking for any type of minecraft server with a consistent playerbase of 50 or above (excluding bots and alts). I don't really have a budget (shifting money out of stocks and into a server for now) and I will send POF and any other information that is necessary before the deal.

The server MUST have:
A separate forums/website and buycraft setup
Access to financial information (Cash flow/revenue)
50+ consistent players during most times of day (with proof that there are no bots/duplicate IPs)

I will be buying every part of the server. In addition, I would like access to the contacts of the developers/artists, etc who were used to setup parts of the server and youtubers who have previously been paid for videos.
