Fully Setup Servers

Plug 'n play. I'm fine with honestly any type except creative. I want a fully setup server, where I can simply upload the files to the host and open to the public. I don't want any server setup business advertisements.

Ones I'm highly interested in:
- HCF
- KitPvP
- Factions

Ones I'm sort of interested in:
- Prison
- Skyblock

Things I'm not interested in:
- Creative

My budget is fairly low: $15-$25.

tl;dr: Fully complete servers only, I do not want you to advertise your setup service here.
