I would say it's not worth 40 USD because the server I work for has like the same theme[DOUBLEPOST=1506724202][/DOUBLEPOST]And there was fully setup for around 5 USD

That's just a theme house base theme. You're charging 40 USD for a nulled xenforo and theme install?
Well, if you're trying to be a smart ass then yes, it doesn't work like that. Dragging the files to your web host is ONE of the things that you do to install XenForo.
Also, your XenForo is nulled (unless you want to prove me wrong by posting your validation key). Kinda sad how you're asking for $40 for a "already setup" Xenforo when you can download a nulled copy for free and have somebody install it for you (free/paid).
Edit: User seems sketchy, would deal with caution. Allegedly selling builds without builder's permission.

According to the thread of you selling the server and its components, it included the nulled xenforo setup. Leaving it to be non-exclusive (even though it's already)
