I have heard that its possible to get the same name twice by using 2 giftcodes to get the name and the exact same time. But to have got that many, and bought enough proxies to get that many in such a short space of time, much have money to burn.

No, they just disconnected the extra profiles from our accounts. They still exist, but we can't access them. It used to be that in the launcher there was a drop down list and you could play under any of the profiles. If one got banned on a server, you could change the name and login with the same name but a different UUID. I still have the account, just only 1 profile is left.

It was Green.'s account, I was very good friends with him at the time and made the skin for him, we stopped being friends because he basically disappeared and I haven't heard from him in nearly 2 years
