People use the funny rating to either say "Nigga shut up, you are stupid and not funny" or "You scam". The problem about this rating is it boosts people's rep which is stupid. It actually gives scammers credibility to naive users. My suggestion is you make it so this rating doesn't give you rep or make a "No" rating which would also be a neutral rating.
