I think that suggestions should have a funny rating, which doesn't count towards you're total. Because I want to rate a lot of things funny (Cough Cough - Quotes from Ajdin calling me special cough cough), but I can't. And I don't want to put *Rates Funny* as a reply.

I'm very active in this section as it's a section that could possibly change the future of the site so I also think it should be taken more seriously than any other section.

That's also why we tend to remove off topic posts here very quickly.

I know they should. But quotes which are generally funny in suggestions.
Bosny said "I guess your special then", and I find it funny.
