People also agree with or vouch stupid posts, I fail to see your point. 
Ratings aren't rep.
Every rating is able to be, and are abused.
A member's reliability shouldn't be judged by their ratings anyways.
Even high rated members have been known to scam.
Conversely there are also low rated members highly deserving of trust.
Ratings are a very crude way of judging a person.
If you want to get a good idea of what sort of posts a member contributes, the only reasonable choice you have is to go and take a look through their history.

Most people judge if they want to buy something from a member due to their "Rep" so I fell that post that are marked "Funny" should not count towards your "rep" .People also agree with or vouch stupid posts, I fail to see your point.
That's their mistake.
I've edited my original post. Re-read it.
Currently, the "Funny" ratings do not add anything to your positive rating count. However, there's a more recent suggestion to counteract that here: http://www.mc-market.org/threads/56243/.
