'Vouch Copies': If you'd like to try out a service, we'll provide you with a free game server for 24 hours. This is also available on web hosting. After the 24 hours, you are able to continue the service with the current files for the standard monthly charge, just contact us via Support ticket or LiveChat. This is only available to MC-Market users.

'Which control panel do you use?': We utilize TCAdmin v2 with a few custom modules to ensure stability and easy use.
'Wasn't FuzeNode a company previously?': Yes, FuzeNode was opened in 2016 offering TeamSpeak 3 services, the company later merged with Anvilnode. All customers from the 2016 merge will stay with Anvilnode. FuzeNode is in no way currently affiliated with Anvilnode. For more information please contact us via LiveChat.
'Do you have a refund policy?': Yes, if you are unhappy with your service we will provide you with a full refund providing it has been less than 12 hours since the purchase. Please note refunds are not valid on dedicated servers, even if it has been less than 12 hours since purchase.
'Where are the nodes located?': Our game servers are located at a Tier 3 datacenter in Reading, we also provide game servers in France, Netherlands and Dallas, however, we are currently not accepting new orders in these locations. Web hosting is hosted in Phoenix, Arizona.
'Do you provide free trials?': Yes, we provide a free Enjin 45 day trial with all game servers.
'Someone said you offer free XenForo installs, is this true?': Yes, with any of our web hosting plans we include a free XenForo install. Please note you must have a valid XenForo license.
'Do you offer dedicated servers?': Yes, currently we offer dedicated servers. Dedicated servers come semi-management, you'll still have root access but we'll install and update panels from a selected list. We plan to revamp our dedicated server line in late 2017.
