Fyre | A new company

Hello MCM community,

My name is Grant and I am here to fill 2 positions for a company I am starting called Fyre. Fyre is going to be a digital marketing agency solely focused on the advancement of Minecraft related servers/discords/etc. The full business model is be laid out in detail once you get the position. I am currently a college student double majoring in finance and marketing with experience in social media marketing. I used to invest in a couple servers/work as high staff positions so I know how the industry works. Today, I am looking for a general manager and a sales manager.

Sales Manager Description

• Understand basic transactions
• Has a background in handling money
• Has personal skills and able to communicate effectively
• Be able to understands a clients needs & close a deal
• Maturity, Professionalism, and efficiency
• Commission Based Pay

General Manager Description

• Organizational Management and operational development
• Oversees all lower staff positions
• Strategizes with owner to make sure clientele flows in
• Same requirements as Sales Manager
• Commission Based Pay
