Like said right above this post "Vouch Copies". What is a vouch copy? A vouch copy is when you provide a piece of your work for free instead of them paying to increase you reputation. If the user likes what you provided for them they will vouch you quoting that what you say you can do is right It also can help increase your skill of designs.
My second tip is to interact with the community and share your opinion your gonna get hate, your gonna have people bashing on your thread but take their words and be the bigger man/woman in the situation and solve the problem. Try to avoid causing hate onto your thread as it will make you look bad. I have many more tips and tricks that I might share in the future from my experience with MC-Market (Just from what I've known). But otherwise GL with everything

Make free builds plugins etc...
Get a reputation then sell when you are up there I do lots of free things ,
Also buying items off Mc-Market can get you rep from the seller
Even reviewing a members post/thread could help out a lot towards them and you

Yea vouch copies are a good way to farm reputation. It won’t mean your reputable. Gaining reputation not only requires the number of Green rep you have, it’s how other view you and how you provide a certain service. If I was to deal with you and you had loads of green reputation but most of it was through vouch copies I wouldn’t deal with you cause that’s meaningless. Gain rep, be social, provide a service that goes above and beyond a customers expectation and be legit.
