GalasticNetwork - Recruiting Staff

Today I'm here to tell you a bit about my server GalasticNetwork, most of you are here, of course, to apply for an Administrative position. I'm not going to tell you otherwise but as of right now the only available position is Helper, however, you can work up to a higher ranking position, such as a Moderator, Admin, etc.

Payment? Currently, I am not going to be paying anyone for a position at Galastic.

Positions;

Owner: As an Owner, I develop most of the server, such as hcf. It's also my duty to help hire staff along with my Forums Manager. My goal is to achieve to the utmost greatest extent of my servers ability, and in doing so hiring staff to help me achieve this goal.

Manager: Manager, is a manager of the staff or someone who strikes, promotes and just heads the staff team and make's sure everyone's doing their job properly and well.

Admins: They are in charge of well, running the staff team, making sure we have a clean staff team that excels at what they/we hired them to do. In spite of the previous activities they're required to do, they must also hold the duties of a Moderator, and try their best to improve the server with their gmc perms which include making builds look better, holding events and such.

Moderator: Moderators are supposed to try their best to improve player game time by helping them in their best ability. Moderators should hold Moderating duties before anything involving playing, you signed up for the job, treat like so.

Builder: A member of the community who builds everything from spawns to koths etc...

Helpers: We expect Helpers to basically do the same thing as a Moderator, other than the inability to ban, they can still help and are expected to hold those duties before playing.

An alt account, that was another member of this community. Also, you act unprofessionally towards him just then, that was not a month ago. Secondly, I do not own that account, thirdly, you were asking for staff on other servers... Playing? I said Staffing... Also, you lied about your age in the past. I had to get proof for this you didn't tell me at the start. You have to explain what happened in the past... Now you devouch me because you're demoted off a server. How toxic, it's just a demotion I said I didn't want to argue or fight. I said just deal with it, now you are actually acting like the age you lied about.

I'm not lying I either said staffing or said playing and messed it up. Legit, I don't demote off of others playing other servers. It's straight up only staffing on other servers.
