I am selling a custom plugin I used to use on my prison server.
Note: I did not develop this plugin, all credit goes to Mat. He gave me permission to resell (see below)
Plugin Description:
This plugin is an addon which hooks into a spigot plugin known as EnchantsPlus. It allows players to purchase enchants for their pickaxe, via a simple GUI menu. It offers 4 custom enchants. It is simply activated by right clicking their pickaxe. It only works with diamond pickaxes.

Enchants (Copied from the EnchantsPlus page):
Regain I (105) - Regains durability when mining same type of ore the pickaxe is made out of.
Excavation I-II - Digs a 3x3(3x3x2 if level 2) area. Applicable to shovels ,axes and pickaxes. (fortune, auto-smelt ,reinforced and other enchants stack up).
Soulbound I - When you die ,you will still have the item with this enchant. (configurable if you lose it afterwards)
Reinforced I-III - Instantly mines all ores. (higher the enchant level, less durability it uses).
All prices for the enchants are fully configurable.
