GalaxyRealms looking for staff (Big plans)

GalaxyRealms is a space themed survival server that a good amount of money has been put into, we have a few custom plugins as well. We will be starting advertising Wednesday! will be opening up soon to the public and to support our future players we need a team to support them once they have questions or just general bug fixes. So if you’re looking to gain some new experience with a new community and experienced owners then this post is made for you!

Currently we are looking for 3 different “roles”, that being Helpers, Moderators and Admins. All of these 3 roles have their own set of responsibilities and tasks to execute once working with GalaxyRealms.

The first point of contact for our players are the helpers, the best situation is for a helper to just be online and do their own thing. However once a player requires assistance to then be ready to help them. As a helper you’ll be asked the standard procedure of questions about how the server works and how players can obtain what they want. However once a player asks you a question you can’t answer or do not have the required tools to assist them you may just refer them to the designated staff member to sort it from there on out.

This might be a moderator, and as a Moderator you’re a bit more on the background however still very much engaged in the community part of the server. Moderators will have a bit more tools to work with to really take care of the bigger issues aslong as it’s on the surface and not somewhere deep into our back end. Moderators may also be a first point of contact once there are no helpers online. However this is not a primary task, as your primary task is more related towards maintaining a welcoming community without interfering too much.

And last but certainly not least are the admins. Admins are working at a very different “job”, as an admin you are not a direct point of contact for players. You gain information about issues through moderators or helpers to then sort out the issues on the back-end without needing to do as much “community maintaining”. Admins are always welcome to hang around on the server and do some community tasks, however it is not deemed necessary as it’s more of a side-task if you have time left over.
