GAListener / Votifier help

I've gone through and added my server to the following sites :

After enabling Votifier on each site, it said that it was tested and made a successful connection. I can also do the /fakevote command in game and get the specified rewards dependent on which vote / lucky vote I enter. However, whenever someone votes at one of the sites, they do not get the rewards in game. It also does not even register in the console that a vote is coming through.

Some help figuring out why this isn't working would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I've gone through and copied both the IP and the Public key several times over just to ensure that this wasn't the issue. If that were the issue, then it wouldn't even be making the connection.
