Gambling Plugin

Hello i need a gambling plugin. Basically you do /Gambler and it spawns a villager (Permission Tamed.Gambler) and when you right click the villager it opens a 9 slot gui with 9 different drinks (Prices and Names configurable)
So here's the plugin there will be 9 water bottles (names configurable) and let's say i have 20 emeralds and the first water bottle (Drink) will be 5 emeralds with a 45 percent chance of doubling your emeralds (All the emerald amounts need to be configurable) and yeah that's pretty much it.

Can you switch the currancy from like cash to emeralds?
