Game Assets | UE4

Okay, so I am just learning to use the Unreal Engine and I am wondering what the best place to get assets is outside of the normal marketplace. I don't have an enormous budget like most game studios for the models but I do wish to have at least a little decent quality.

I'm mainly looking for characters and environments. It's a plus if they are fantasy and/or anime themed.
