My name is Vincent, and I am the owner of GameFactions, the most unique factions network out there!
Currently we offer RPGFactions, which is a mix of Factions and RPG, and a regular Survival Server

RPG Information:
It's a mixture of RPG and Factions into one. We provide Custom Dungeons, Custom Leveling system, Custom Enchants, PvP Ranks, Quests (Coming soon, the plugin is glitchy). The dungeon's have custom mob's in them with a boss which you can kill for rewards/level XP.
Our main goal is to give Factions a different perspective. Whilst you can still raid other bases, you can now also earn cool rewards for completing quests, and show off your PvP Rank.
This server is 70% done. The only things that need to be set up are the Quests, Donation ranks (Non pay to win) and the permissions for them.
Survival Information:
It's just regular survival. Nothing more, nothing less. Minimal plugins, but still loads of fun

My name is Vincent, and I am 18 years old. I am from The Netherlands, and I am currently a full time chef in a restaurant. I dedicate a lot of time into my Network. With over 30+ hours weekly spend on configuring files, working on the staff skills, and keeping everything nice and working. The most fun part for me is the result you get in the end. Hard work pays off. I have over 7 years of "Server Owning" experience, but only started being serious with it 3 years ago. I cannot develop plugins sadly, but I can skript (wow lol).
As players always tell me, I'm a one of a kind owner. I love it when players have fun on my server, and I'm always there for them to help me!
I've been working on the Player Relationship between me and players, and it tend to make a lot of players stay.
We are looking for dedicated staff members, who are willing to spend loads of time on the server. I respect private lives, so don't worry about that.
We expect you to be on at least 10+ hours a week, and you do need a microphone in order to communicate clearly and easy.
We expect you to have a basic knowledge, of how to manage and handle a server.
We expect you to have a fun, outgoing personality.
We expect you to have a voice (Your opinion counts)
We expect you to be there when we need you
We expect you to be willing to stick with us through the good and the bad days.
Optional: If you can build, let us know!
We mentor every staff member, give them moderation lessons, and get their best possible skills out!
We provide a fun staff team, with loads and loads of jokes, but serious when needed.
We have an experienced developer working on the website, and plugins.
We provide constant updates on the server
We will provide you with an additional rank on the Discord Server, as well as in game (duh
