Do you have any experience?: Yes I do on a previous server (was token down to lose of money) I was a hard working admin that helped make the server what it would of been if we were able to get it big. I worked hard on the server to help make the server big I put every amount of detail I could into the mines but the server didn't last long. That's the way I describe my experience as a opted player
What advice would you give to someone who had to deal with someone younger than them?: I would tell him/her to work it out with them and if they keep pushing for something he/she isn't gonna give up then I would ask the kid to stop. If the younger doesn't stop I will with what I have no spawning give him the item if I have it if I don't then I will tell him to work for it instead of begging

Why do you want to be a staff member on this server?:The server is new and could be full of surprises and I want to help the server grow through events and other things and see how far it will go and help it go further. The staff so far seem nice and friendly plus they are really helpful. I want to help others like the staff on this server has helped me. I enjoy factions servers and I know how most things would work on faction servers and how they can change because of a simple update. Faction servers are difficult to handle because of the large population of hackers and other cheaters out there and I know how to deal with them without arising suspicion. I also don't care if people call me a bad person for banning or muting a popular player if they disobey the rules.
Why should we accept your application over others?: The reason you should is im a helpful dude who works hard when needed too and is a very careful person who tests things before doing them. I also can handle emotional stress really well probably better than others. I also can handle hackers and other people that break the rules. I can handle lots of things and I've played Minecraft for awhile. I can use red stone and command blocks easily and I know how to use them to create contraptions. I have put lots of thought into this and I believe mine will be the best over the rest on how I don't care about small things like others I reach for my goal and try my best to achieve it.

2. This website isn't a minecraft server, People may trust him, either putting him at admin or a lower rank, you never know.
3. Don't put people down just because they're new to the site. If it was someone asking for a $50 loan, I'd understand that everyone, if not almost everyone would say "no". But this Is someone offering their skills to anyone who might need them.

it's a valid neg rep, I wouldn't complain about it because you just started trashing this dude's thread for no reason. He's simply offering his services and if someone wants to hire him then they can, but if you don't want to that's fine, just leave the thread in a mature manner.
