I have a i5-8250u / mx150. Not too high performance preferred ty

Dolphin Emulator (then play Super Smash Bros Brawl, Okami, LEGO Star Wars, etc. but in 1080p 60fps [dolphin emulator upscales and increases fps perfectly, i get a few hundred fps at 1080p on an i5-4670 and gt 1030)[DOUBLEPOST=1556715699][/DOUBLEPOST]Jet Set Radio as well

Personally, I prefer Sid Meier's Pirates. Never really liked Civ.
