In need of a site using a forum software(Don't care which one it is).

What I need:

* Steam Authentication (Ex: https://gyazo.com/f8dc4dd10226133f61852567a59fd3f9, Sign in through steam, there are plugins for this)
* Server List Page (Ex: https://gyazo.com/73baed47664af31e1351b7b6e4fa33a6, probably plugins for this)
* Good looking navbar and design
* Mobile ready
(Don't really know anything about this stuff so contact me if you need any more info).

i've installed the steam authentication b4 I know how to install the plugins. problem is I just suck at making anything come together and look pretty.
