I'm looking for a cheap gaming PC or like any PC that will run Minecraft with about 200 frames, my budget is $200 no clue how to build a PC so if you suggest builds I might need some video tutorials or someshit like this. The PC is meant to play mostly Minecraft and not FPS games. I don't need too much just smooth PvP and all. Shoot your builds/link me to sites where I can buy/order a gaming PC. Preferably a $150 PC since I need a monitor too and stuff but I can do $200.

NOTE: It doesn't have to be a gaming PC as long as it can run Minecraft smoothly.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

If its just vanilla Minecraft then you can get some decent things on ebay then just slap a midrange graphics card in it. Like a 100$ desktop, possibly spending like 30$ on upgrading ram or the hard drive, then spending the rest on like a 70$ graphics card. You might be able to find a ok gaming pc pre-built on there aswell, but keep in mind its not going to be the mlg $5000 experience. That being said my pc is ok and its current retail value is likely around that range, just without the graphics card. Ill post back anything I see on ebay, as I tend to browse it often, might be an auction btw.

I don't like auctions, with those snipers that take it over the last minute. I'm not looking for the "MLG Experience" everyone is talking about I'm not some spoiled kid, I just spent most of my savings on a MacBook air for work and I realized I need something to do out of work and programming and started playing Minecraft, but I don't feel like installing Minecraft on my work laptop as I dedicate it to work and only work.

Here is what I normally filter things to when browsing if you want to check that out btw. I normally browse auctions to see if there are any particularly good deals ending soon, but you can find some nice stuff on buy it now sometimes. LINK

I'm not looking for a beast computer, just to run Minecraft jesus.
Add me on discord at GAllen#5403, I can likely help you find a pc, but is there any way you can raise the budget because, a chromebook is around $200 (not worth it to run mc at all on it)

Added. Highest amount I can probably reach is $250 but that'd be only on Friday once I get my paycheck. That's why I'm planning everything ahead.

I guess if you want to buy the parts brand new then yeah, its going to be pretty pricey. However if you keep in mind that people bulk throw out different models of pc's that work perfectly fine and are decently fast, you could save money and still get an ok pc. If you are looking for something to run shaders with like gallaxy was implying, then that might be the case, however, without a graphics card my I5 3rd gen runs vanilla minecraft quite smooth at around 180-300 fps. When I throw in optifine and set it all up properly, i could get a stable 200 fps on vanilla minecraft if I wanted to. With that being said I recommend looking at some semi-old SFF office pc's from lenovo or dell, and transferring it to a new compatible enclosure. From there you should have spent around 90-120 so you would have room for the graphics card. If you want to really get creative though look up the youtuber "budget builds" as he creates some really nice content for the price range of entry-level gamers.

I haven't watched a video from the guy in a few weeks (been busy doing other stuff) but he has a decent amount of good entry level builds for $150 I believe. If you really must have minimal work then I would just look for one of their semi older pc's with a normal enclosure, then slap in a graphics card. It might be the same but I've been looking mostly at sff pc's because of their value.

Wait, so the issue then would be what kind of video output you use, so basically the only difference is that you need it to have an hdmi or dvi port either onboard or on the graphics card, and you need a monitor that has the same ports so you don't need to convert. Then its just a matter of having a decent monitor. By the way the reason most monitors run at 60 fps is that the standard hz for power on electronics is 60hz . So you need a monitor that has the support of something higher if you wish for the output fps to be higher than 60hz on top of the decent computer.

*edit: So you likely need to spend 130-150 on the actual pc if you want a ok monitor with a higher refresh rate than 60 hz, EBAY LINK

I dont know if you would NEED 4k for that, but yes you do need to factor in the monitor as a decent part of the budget. If you want to stick with the default graphics for the time being just get something with an i5 3rd gen or i7 3rd gen or higher, and at least 4+gb of ram. If needed you could spend the leftover budget if you find a good deal on upgrading the ram to at least 8gb, and depending on whats left either more ram or a better hard drive, it's up to your preference in all honesty.

Edit: dont get i3 as it dosnt have much on board graphics support.
