I can't help you (I lied, I threw a knowledge bomb) if you don't want to build your own but I'm pretty sure fortnite can run on a potato because it blew up in popularity and that clearly means people with potatos can run the game.
If streaming, 6+ cores is recommended. With your budget of $2,500 I'd look at 3900x and a rtx 2080(ti/) super. If you just have a 1080p monitor, then anything above a 2060 (super) is more than enough. Heck, a 2060 is enough. If 1440p or 4k then go for the 2080 super / 2080ti. Anything above (or I should say equal to) a 2070 super/ 1080 / 2080 is enough for 1440p.

Oh God, I just clicked your link and it having both i7 and i9 sticker was enough to scare me away. Then I went back and saw it wasn't even a 9900k,oof. Couldn't make it any further. Please take a look at Nzxt's builder at least.

In a same belt, I think $800-1000 is far better.

Use AMD Ryzen 7, with a GTX 1660 TI, 16GB Ram, SSD, some CPU Cooler

If you insist on prebuilt that’s an okay option. Leaves you money to buy peripherals (you NEED a 144hz monitor if you ever plan on playing games competitively)
They overcharge $400.

$1,500 for a 2700x and 2070 super is steep. I thought nzxt had a flat build cost of like $40 or $100.
