I just gave you a suggestion buddy, a good suggestion
That's not a suggestion, how can a 1000$ pc run ray-tracing, 4k, render stuff quick, professional gaming equipment, keep smooth fps, stream/record while keeping smooth fps, not overheat.
TL;DR a 1000$ gaming pc is shit to make content.

You asked us and everyone is telling you that spending anything over 2-3k is a waste of money. You'd be better off saving it or spending it on something else. There is a point where adding more expensive hardware because it will not make a noticeable difference in your games.

Look, the accessories and etc are minimum 4000$ with Elgato, headset with 7.1 sound, keyboards, cpu, rtx cards, monitors. I've specifically saved 6000$ and I'm looking to invest it all here.

To everyone else who's looking to post here I AM SPENDING 6000$ JUST RECOMMEND ME PARTS why the fuck are you trying to make me spend less its my cash anyways, please do not post if you are here to shitpost and go postfarm somewhere else thanks.

Anyways to anyone who helped me I appreciate your kind help :)

If you will just be doing pc gaming you don’t need an Elgato, the built in shadowplay on your graphics card is easier to set up and use. Make sure to grab 3200mhz or higher ram and rgb everything. A custom water loop isn’t needed but if you aren’t stupid could be fun to do. Make sure to throw an aio on the cpu if you aren’t going to do a custom loop.

I've heard Elgato is one of the best and is pretty smooth without causing too much performance loss, I'm going in with a custom loop.

Elgato would just be annoying for you. The built in graphics card recorder has absolutely no lag. Make sure to watch a tutorial and familiarize yourself with the components of a custom loop before you pick the parts.
