Appears to be a pretty good deal.

Make sure you do a complete factory reset after you buy it. Just to make sure nothing malicious is on it from the previous owner.

Well I live in Southern Illinois which is about two hours away from there and the weather is 75 on day and 50 the next its very weird weather!
