This thread is outlining and recruiting the basic knowledge of my upcoming server,
There is a choice of two paths to take,
Will you protect and server, or will you take the patch of evil?
Implied by the name "Gangs-MC" there is obviously gangs within the Server, although creating a gang is not mandatory to the game-mode itself.

Bosses
Each heist has a boss, as you progress through the quests and heists, the bosses will become harder and unlock more skills. Bosses spawn every 10 minutes if the last one has been killed. Each player who damages the boss will be rewarded a Boss Crate on the death of the boss which will give you random vehicle, weapon and/or cash and also some sort of reward ranging from new properties and boss loot.
Cheat Codes
These marvelous creations, are the opening of everything possible in this server,
You might as well think of this as a crate, You spin hoping to get either a cheat-code for a blueprint, property, vehicle or weapon.
Once you spin, "banners" with letters will show your code where you can then use /cheatcode add "ABCDEF" to retrieve your prize!
Vehicles and Weaponry
Now, here's where it gets interesting,
Custom vehicles, and weapons are a large area of the game-mode, which are determined depending whether you're a cop or a criminal.

These are the ranks we are recruiting for:
Basic Staff roles:
Staff Managerial position - The Person(s) who has responsibility for the Staff team itself.
Head Admin- Deals with the rank Admin, can not demote but only report on slacking/un-cooperating
Admin - Mainly co-operating with players, fixing bugs and making the community better.
Developer - Mainly coding and configs, fixes bugs and other errors that come up.
Social Media Managerial position - Team which works with our Social Media platforms such as on Twitter and Facebook.
Community management - Makes sure the community is working smooth without no hassle.
Cadet management - Inspects the ranks "Trainee" and has the right to promote once announcing to the the Owner(s).
Head Moderator - Manages the roles of the rank "Moderator" to make sure they are doing their job efficiently and correct.
Moderator -Kicks,bans and warns people on mistakes they have made such as hacking or verbal abuse.
Cadet - Training to become part of the Moderator team.
BETA Testers - Helps with the server on the new releases on game modes - *Part time job.
Every applicant will go through the same screening process.
After their application has been considered by multiple members of staff,
an interview will be required for further analysis and reflection of the individual.
If accepted, the applicant will be under the supervision of a higher ranking staff member for the first couple of weeks.
We will hand you our application/test with will be corrected in marks,for example:
"How will you make our community, better and expand?" 5M (5 marks)
Please keep in mind that staff members do not get direct payment.
This doesn’t apply to developers or other services that are not free. If members, who are new to the staff team,
start asking for specials might be kicked or demoted.

General Introduction
We are looking for professional and dedicated staff members. Screening will determine the rank of the recruit (moderator, administrator, head administrator). Staff members are required to set an example for everyday players.
As of now, we are only looking for Cadets, due to the fact we want loyal and respectful Staff which we'd prefer to watch prestige through the ranks and respect their privileges.
