Gapples dont work in combat, need fix fast

Hello. My server has gone through several bugs, but there is one that we have yet to be able to fix. In combat, players cannot use gapples. We believed it was the combatlog plugin, however upon deleting it the bug still occurred. Here is my plugin list:

Mind all of the random ass plugins in there, I recently gained control over the server, the old owner had over 200 plugins and whittled it down to 80. Please help me find the cause of this gapple lag. If you want to see the bug yourself, the IP is play.wondercraft.pw (yeah yeah its a .pw domain, the others were taken)

Lag is not the problem, this is verified.

The problem was not fixed, however I believe we are now one step closer... Please help like the person above, who was unfortunately unbanned
