Staff Management:
Applications, staff documents, meetings, hiring, interviews, promotions, demotions, ... I've been into management of all sorts of kind for a long period of time and I've been enjoying every moment of it.
Managing Director:
Usually larger servers have mutliple managers with each their own assignment, if you personally don't have enough time to overlook them or simply can't be bothered, you can request me to do so. I will ensure you maximum efficiency of all of your managers by assisting them with specific tasks and adjusting all negatives.
Portfolio (experience):
My name is Tom (Gatesway ingame) and I'm someone with an incredible amount of experience and knowledge in staff management and staffing myself.
Did: WheatMC, Hyperion, MegaFactions, LordPvP, ElectroCraft, SMC, AlienHCF, KudCraft, AerisMC, Kastia and BlazeVortex; Staff Management - Managing Director - Moderation. All of my basic staffing knowledge came from my exactly one year (18-02-17 until 17-02-18) staffing on BlazeVortex.
Currently Managing: None. Meaning I will be able to fully invest my time into your server.
Besides Management and Staffing I'm currently a sales representative at MineVotes.com. This is currently my only ongoing project.

Me:
I was born in Belgium and currently still live here. I'm half Polish due to my mom being. Thus I speak Dutch, Polish and English fluently. I've been interested in Staffing whole my life. Not just MineCraft, aswell in other games. I am known to look at things with a very criticizing perspective. I need everything to be perfect and won't go for less. Mainly because I myself, learned from the best.
Payment:
Right, the question everyone has been asking, how much will this guy cost me? Well, due to my experience and commitment I am charging a minimum of 20$ for my services. Huge one time payments can and will be made.
Terms of Service:
- All transactions will take place via PayPal F&F, no exceptions.
- I reserve the right to deny any offer.
- I reserve the right to leave the server at any time. Including my payment for the rest of the current month.
- Before I start working at all, I require a small upront payment, as many servers have let me provide custom staff documents and then kick me.
- By consulting my services you automatically agree upon my TOS.
- All Staff Documents written for the server belong to me. When I leave, they leave.
- No refunds allowed, no matter what.
- My TOS can change at any moment, without any prior notice. Whilst you will still need to follow them.
- Paying too late reserves me the right to add a fee.
