Gem/ingot exchange plugin

I need a plugin where players can exchange mined gems and ingots for custom items (custom names, lores, NBT, and enchantments) that have limited stock.

It would work like a traditional chest shop. In other words, players use gems and ingots as currency.

It's similar in concept to https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/quickshop-reremake-1-17-ready-multi-currency.62575/, but unlike QuickShop Reremake, there is no need to track players and their shops- this is for admin/server usage only.

To create a gem shop, I would type the following while looking at an empty chest and holding the item I want to sell:

/gemshop create (gem type) (amount of gems)

So, if I am holding a Sharpness IV sword named, say "Sharpsword" and type /gemshop create (diamond) (100), the plugin would create a chest shop that sells "Sharpsword" for 100 diamonds each.

I would like the that to look something like QuickShop Reremake's chests, but with other parameters to be discussed:

I am not looking for a service group.
