What is GemDrop?
With thousands of Minecraft servers out there, what really sets yours apart? Well in many cases the best option for making your server unique is the economy, and GemDrop is the best way to do exactly that.
GemDrop is a powerful and extremely extensive Economy plugin that adds a number of unique and amazing features. The basis of this plugin is structured around a system where your servers currency will drop in the form of Emeralds from a extensive list of mobs and blocks, including all monsters, diamonds, emeralds, lapis, coal and so much more. When these Emeralds are picked up they add +1 to your game balance and display a configurable message in chat, these emeralds DON’T go into your inventory. The amount of currency dropped is of course 100% configurable. You can see how this all works in the GIFs below!

We have built off this core features in a number of ways. First is professions. Your players will now be able to select a profession that will give them a configurable booster to their Emerald production, and give them an advantage in the professions category such as double loot on farm blocks. The Professions menu can be viewed below.

Double Gem Weekends on your server!
Ever seen Mineplex and Hypixel do ‘Double Gem Weekends’ ? Well guess what? Now your server can two! Simply toggle the ‘Global Multiplier’ to ‘2’ and every player will collect double currency from the natural world!
Double Gem Weekend is a fun marketing tool to boost your player levels during specific times. You'll see your player count, as well as donations and votes go up during these times.
In the picture below you can see ‘fold’ is set to 2, giving the entire server a double gem multiplier

This Plugin will allow you to do a number of cool things with the currency drop rate. With GemDrop you will be able to give Gem Boosters in the form of currency multipliers as donor perks and even as voting rewards. Simply run the command /professionsm [player] [multiplier #] through console and players can receive any multiplier you set.
You can also change multipliers manually in the config as shown below!

In the GemDrop config you can determine the exact range of currency to drop for every single block/mob. You can also customize messages, like currency drop message. You will also be able to customize the profession GUI’s names and lores to best fit your server.
Best of all you can configure ANY block or mob in minecraft to drop Emeralds!
