Whats going on MC-Market, looking for some advertising

What I'm looking for:

• Youtubers with 1k+ Subscribers and good viewership.
• Twitter Accounts with 2k+ Followers willing to do giveaways together
• Any forms of advertising worth noting.

Now we are also looking for advertising managers that can work with us.

All this is for a CSGO 1v1 website that is skill based like kickback.com, warmuparena.com

In terms of budget, depending on what is negotiated, we are trying to avoid paying over 200 for each agreement.
