PROJECT INTRODUCTION
Hey there, I am currently the owner of a project called "ZoneVille". We have a beta set to release on January 29th but we're looking for a project/general manager to operate and work alongside me instead of under me. This project is a Skyblock server and we plan on pushing out content that makes the community happy and grindy. I will also be answering any personal questions regarding this position.

The way our management team works is category base, meaning we give our managers comfort to work in their own field and they get almost full control of how everything operates and runs (under my supervision).

POSITION DETAILS

• Reviewing the other managers work, keeping in touch with them.
• Making sure that everyone stays on tasks and is operating correctly.
• Good organization skills and can keep things kept in order.
• Assistant to any management job.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Aged 15+
• Must have a Resume/Portfolio.
• Understanding of Console/Issues that can be reviewed when an error is occurred.
• Organized.
• Open minded and can take criticism.
• Works on monthly payments.
• Experience with project and general management.
• Flexible Schedule.
• Employment up to 2 other places.

Devouch -- worked with him before, he's a nice guy but he fires everyone and doesn't give you a chance to even do work. You can ask him for tasks, and he'll fire you and say you didn't do enough. He fired 3 developers, 3 managers, and like most of his admins. I was willing to work with him and this is what he said when he demoted me:

Don't bother giving him your time, he'll do the same to you. He expects too much from everyone, and doesn't give you the opportunity to show him what you can do.

I highly disagree with this, when you own a server you put the server before anything and that includes Staff. To remove members from a team there will be a good enough reason to do so; if you get hired for a business but then fired because you're:

1) Not needed.
2) Not performing.
3) You can't be afforded.

then those are good reasons to demote someone. By this post it's abruptly clear that you have no mind for business or how one works therefore to trash someones thread on the sole purpose of ruining someones reputation or attempting to prevent them from making interviews with users is just immature and obnoxious. Please, re-evaluate yourself before you move further with certain matters. Vouch! Worked for him was a admin there, very chill person, only issue is that he still plays fortnite.
