Hello,

I am here today seeking an individual who is experienced in general management. This would expect the general management of our upcoming project. Myself and the other owner work full-time positions so we aren't able to dedicate all hours into this project, but we feel it would be enough with a manager involved in our core team. This manager would specialise in community, staff and marketing aspects, along with assisting in leading ideas into the development of the project.

This person would be highly motivated, well worked and creative. As this project is still in early stages, we thought now would be the best fit for this position. As you would be involved from day one of the creations of our project. This manager would be the one to run our project and wish to see success in our absence, and within our absence we trust you would run this project with confidence and trust. You will be responsible for carrying out the work we wouldn't be able due to time to and making calls on your own that you see fit.

As we do not wish to disclose much, the following is some little details;

• Skyblock Gamemode upon release. If successful, network will grow.
• We have both managed large playerbased servers/networks.
• I have worked in staff, community and marketing management for quite a few years and have only returned to Minecraft after a long break.
• We have a good budget, this can be discussed further if wished.
• Estimated Playerbase (150-200), concurrent is the aim for this figure.
• We aim to break even, profit is just a bonus as the server is not going to have non pay to win features, if so, set to a very little.

Well the budget may be for the server creation, it didn't explicitly specify if the position would be paid.

Hi Azaxel,

Thank you for sharing more about your project and I understand that it can be difficult to dedicate hours to your project when you have other commitments. I'd love the opportunity to try and take some of the workload off of your shoulders and I know that I would be able to dedicate as much time as necessary to this project. I know that projects are particularly demanding when they're first starting up so with the skills and experience I have, I'd be able to put that towards helping to create a really successful server.
