General server help...

What is the best way to keep players and get them to donate I seem to be having problems with this...
My server has been up about 3 weeks and we're not really getting anywhere... Had 3-5 players on at peak time (not including staff) for the past week but nobody is donating and new players just aren't staying.
If anyone could go onto my server mc.ultroncraft.com and tell me what I'm doing wrong that'd be great or just any advice on how to grow the server.

Your Skyblock server is very nicely set up. It is appealing and looks great when you first join which is always great. However, the server is like any other Skyblock Server. It's really hard to get a good player base these days without proper advertising. You might want to consider finding small YouTubers that will make videos on your server, or a large one if you can afford it, add your server to as many voting sites possible, purchase an advertisement on Minechat (Not too sure how good this is, but it's fairly cheap), rent .org slots either when someone puts time slots up for sale or if you purchase one yourself which is very expensive.
