General Support Representative - Hosting Company

Xenon Server is a well established hosting company formed in 2008, primarily focussing on Garry’s Mod server, our Minecraft services are fast growing. With a custom control panel and our own hardware, we aim to provide a fantastic experience for all of our customers.

Each team member joins us as an independent contractor. You work from the comfort of your home and set your own schedule. We're extremely flexible and are always happy to work with you to accommodate your needs.

We are looking for talented and professional gamers like you who are highly motivated and friendly. We are currently recruiting for a General Support Representative to join our redeveloped support team to assist with providing support to our customers.

Responsibilities will include:

• Help provide support for our clients via support ticket and live chat.
• Work alongside our team to provide quick and effective support.
• Provide detailed status and statistic updates to management.

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Be able to adapt to a quickly changing industry and provide solutions to meet clients needs.
• Have the ability to communicate with others.
• Prior experience providing Minecraft server support.

Helpful Attributes:

• Prior experience providing source server support.
• Prior experience providing web hosting support.
• Prior experience utilising WHMCS.

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience in a remote customer support position.
• Previous experience with a server hosting company.
