Generator [EASY PLUGIN]

I want a plugin that uses the command /generator to open a gui with two clickable options

one of these options will give you a block that when placed, will function like an egg wars generator but with cactus, and the other one with sugarcane.

These should be upgradable in terms of speed.

each person can only get 2 of each

Nope, just saying that you are lucky too get a plugin just for a vouch, there might be somone new out there that wanna do it for a vouch but just use does 5-10$ it might cost for a plugin like this.
