[Generator][Help!][Plugin Needed]

Hey there guys, Im looking for a plugin that allows me to create generator blocks than can spawn in a certain item in X amount of seconds. All of the plugins I've researched on spigot don't support custom items like lore's and such. If you know a plugin like this if you can please link me to it and/or your able to do this for a vouch + positive rep let me know ! Thanks guys

Don't believe one exists, at least not that I've seen, for this with custom items supported. And as for "do this for a vouch + positive rep", this is a market, and you put buying. Budget info?
