Hey,

Just a little message from the development, design, and all other services where the service does a manual job for the client such as developing a site, designing a thread design, setting a server up, etc.

You see, with us, it's hard to do a job, when you keep bugging, yes, we understand you are keen, yes, we understand that you are very keen, but it's extremely hard to do a job when somebody is pushing your shoulder every 5 seconds.

Oh, and not to mention this:

12 AM Designer: Ok, I'm doing your job now!
12 AM Client: Alright! I'm happy to see regular updates.
12 AM Designer: Sends regular updates.

1 AM Designer gives update

2 AM Designer gives update

3 AM Designer gives update

3 AM Client: Great.

3 AM Designer: Alright, heading off now.
3 AM Client: Ok.

10 AM Designer is still asleep. He slept pretty late.

10 AM Client: Hello?
10 AM Client: What's happening
10 AM Client: I knew it was a scam
10 AM Client: Terrible service, chargebacked, scam report filled. Good luck bud.

This is SO frustrating as a designer/developer. This put's us in a terrible position, and knowing PayPal's FUCKED (excuse my french) chargeback system, most of the time we as the designers/developers get FUCKED (again) over.

Anyway, sorry but something like this just happened to me, and I think I speak for a lot of people when I say this, it's really annoying.

Don't think I understand what you say, if I'm thinking you said what I think you said, he blocked me on Skype before I could even show him another update. Then he denied any knowledge of signing a document even though he did. Clients like this annoy me. A lot.

As far as I know, Paypal has seller protection for web design services. Doublecheck their terms to be sure.
If that's the case, showing them the signed document should give you a very strong case.
