I don't know if this applies as "development" per se, but I am trying to change my location to appear in Pennsylvania in order to use the Barstool Sportsbook App/Website which can only be used while in PA. I have tried a number of options to bypass the GeoComply plugin used to verify location but to no avail. I'm willing to pay a reasonable amount of money to anyone able to find a work around.
