You should invest more time in reading the thread than writing your mini-mod reply.
Last time I checked the user is requesting for people to come to him with offers to get him advertisement or players.

I do believe this falls under requesting advertisement services.

Oh, my bad for misreading "I need more players, its a survival server, dm me." Very clear sentence and very well laid out thread stating exactly what he wants :tup: My mistake just assumed it was a brand new user with 1 message making some post about his new server that wants players :shrug: won't assume again

But I'd recommend leaving exactly what you're looking for whether it's just server growth, forums, discord, more server info, and of course a budget cause marketing isn't cheap. :shrug: a better organised thread and it'd be easier to understand.
