what does it do?
VoodooDolls lets players create a voodoo doll linked to another player and "troll" them with effects (like dropping their inventory — packets only, surrounding them with lava — also packets, etc.) in a fun way. It also supports Vault, so you can charge players money for using it.

Hah! Explains the "Voodoo" bit. Unfortunately it would not fare with my my server. But this might pair nicely with an anarchy server.
