Not to sound rude but seems to me like you've realised that the idea doesn't quite work out like you thought, checked the recent payouts and I can count roughly $26 worth of payouts from Monman11.com, now that's just recent and there may be more I can't see but if the idea actually took off that $30 you ask from a server to get put up just isn't going to quite cut the payouts coming in so you won't be making money infact you'd be losing it.

Now you might argue you'd change it so people need to bid over slots like on server listing websites but I can still bet that the payouts would be more than the money coming in and if you reduced the amount given to players none of them would even bother with it and the website would fail.

Just my two cents on it, I've no idea what price you're asking for the website and buyer beware that you should have a complete new approach to how it works if you plan to buy, it could work out but would need a better system in place.
