- M6Gaming is inactive and scam reports aren't getting dealt with. This makes mc-market more prone to scammers and chronic scammers (long term scamming without getting banned/caught). Have another staff do the job, as M6Gaming is focusing on IRL issues or whatever he has going on right now. If they aren't experienced have them just analyze previous scam reports and follow the previous scam resolvers foot steps, and then have M6Gaming make the final verdict when he's back. (Do not hire a new staff, just promote a current one).
- Less shoutbox mods, you have FOUR shoutbox mods - that's not necessary. Have one of them do mod work, scam report work or support request work.
- More mods, you used to have shattered, doge, thebaum64, and techbanana. Now you have thebaum64 and techbanana at moderator position, two moderators doing the work of four moderators - stalling support and reports.
- Explanations, reputation and warning points are given without proper reasoning. This angers people and ends up causing more havoc on the forum, give reasoning to make you guys do less work in the long run.
