So? If he is renting a booter, it won't make a difference. He'll still run out of money.
If frozenheat can change his IP, the kid won't be able to do a thing to him anymore

Try unplugging the power to your router for 10 mins (sometimes it will assign you a new IP - it does for me).

It just don't work on newer skype accounts. On very old skype accounts, it'll show up trust me Either that or they're using an older version of skype idek. I just know that it works for some skypes.

Can't you also resolve new accounts if they're in a call with you too?

EckoCraft I have a huge solution to this.... Listen up!
He did not ddos you for 1 hour... that is for sure he might have ddosed you for around 15 mins and your internet wouldn't turn back on ... secondly CHARGEBACK everything! he cannot DDOS you for chargeback and if he is telling you to buy something on the server he is making a big mistake because its a criminal offence and you or your internet could sue him for $10000+ easily also if you have his ip I would be more than happy ddos him for days

Adding to FuriousFilip404's comment when you chargeback include why your charging back with the proof you have so they could help you resolve this issue.
