Contacting your ISP would be your best solution. I originally had a static IP by default and I was able to pay a small one-time fee to switch to a dynamic IP address. Although my IP only changes monthly my default, I figured out a way to configure my Netgear router to change my IP address within minutes by changing routers mac address. I would suggest charging back the payment regardless of the threats. Good luck. :tup:

Unplug yo Internetz stuff for 5-10 minutes then plug it all back in. That's usually enough to renew yo DHCP lease.
