About Me
I am an active minecraft player and idealist for the game. I have spent a lot of time playing this game which i usually use to staff servers and play friends time to time. I am dedicated and I work very hard to suceed. I hope that for whoever acquires my services will be happy and pleased with all work that i do, which will be done to best of my ability. I have a standard of work that i wish to keep, by working fast and reliably also helping community's i work with grow by helping players enjoy the game as i would like to enjoy it myself. I have a friendly, kind and energetic personality which i use to communicate with others and spread happiness around the server(s), i would also like to added i am a very calm person, with little to no temper.
I have never been banned, nor have i cheated in any game.. I maintain respect to everyone as long as they respect me back. I don't hold grudges.
What Can I Bring
- I will bring a high amount of work rate (Working through waiting rooms quickly and properly)
- Staff unity ( I Love to work with other staff members and complete task with them.)
- Server-wide enjoyable gameplay (I always check all reports of hacking and cheating to ensure i get a high amount of cheaters and abusers punished and others can play on and have fun.)
- Better Staff and Player communication (I make it my duty to interact with players all the time be it just having a chat or discussing server news or the reporting of someone breaking the rules.)
- Amazing Forum Standards. ( I regularly check forums to maintain a nice and well worked system, also interacting with players and giving advice, solving problems and all around normal conversations with the community.
MY GOALS
1. I want to help player feel welcomed. Some places players join, staff and others ignore them and this can lead to the player playing on his/her own, or even being exploited for there starter item in some cases. It can also lead to the player leaving the server. This stops the growth and possible donating which would keep the server alive.
2. I want to get more and more experience so i can have a say in such a big community (MC Community). I want to provided all my services at my best to everyone who needs them. I want to grow my services, skills and everything else. I want to become known and respected by others and i most importantly want to improve as a person. While helping others grow as well.
