discord.tf is likely going to get taken by discord, since they have almost all discord.(whatever) domains

Not really, for example discord.market/discord.xyz/discord.lol/ is not taken by Discord

That is true, but none of these domains are used for any purpose that might make them go after their trademark, only discord.lol works and that's just a vanity URL since discord wouldn't mind a vanity URL service they don't care abt trademark infringement, the other domains don't even resolve to anything so they serve no purpose. So unless the person buying it, is going to use it for either a redirect-domain to a discord server, or just something that generally wouldn't really get their attention, it likely will be taken for trademark infringement, but hey maybe you can slip under the cracks haha.

some domains are used and not by discord and yet still up such as discord.me/.bio/.id/.link....
